The development benefits from an absolutely unique and strategic location, very well served by public transport and with direct access to VCI and AEP motorways, around 5 minutes from the Francos road node.

According to Maria João Pinto, Cushman & Wakefield’s office consultant in Porto, “ICON Douro is a building that will become iconic in the city of Porto, starting with its distinctive and imposing architecture. With its effortlessly recognisable quality, the building is a landmark. Designed with the well-being of those who occupy it in mind, there is a variety of services that complement it, which, from the point of view of talent retention, is an acknowledged key factor for companies that want to see their offices fully operational. It offers comfort, mobility, accessibility and sustainability.”

Graça Cunha, Associate Offices at Savills/Predibisa, highlights “The remarkable ICON Douro will be one of the most appreciated places to work, both for the added value that the project presents and offers to the companies that intend to set up here, as well as for the set of accessibility and complementary features, such as open-plan floors, plenty of natural light and excellent finishes, practically ready for occupation. At the same time, we would like to highlight all the unique features of the office market in Greater Porto, which are fundamental to the well-being and efficiency of companies.”
