The 4-star hotel, which has been closed since January 2023, is located at the corner of San Antón street and Ribera del Genil street in Granada, outside the Congress Palace.

The asset features 189 rooms and boasts significant potential due to its spacious communal areas: a large double-height lobby, three food and beverage areas, four meeting rooms, and a 360-degree terrace with a pool that offers spectacular views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada.

In addition to becoming the new owner, Hotusa Group will operate the hotel under the Eurostars brand, as part of its strategy of continuous and sustained growth.
