Over 250 lots to feature in Savills first sale of the year

Savills auctions has announced the catalogue for is first sale of 2024, which takes place on 24th January. 

The auction is set to feature over 250 lots across the UK and includes a good mix of commercial, residential and development opportunities.

The auction is the first sale to be held in 2024 following a record breaking 2023, which saw over £570m property sold.

Highlights from the January catalogue include:

Lot 51: Courtenay Street, Kennington, London, SE11 5PH – Guide Price £750,000
A two-bedroom end of terrace house in good decorative order. The property has a garden and is conveniently located for Vauxhall and Kennington stations and the Oval Cricket Ground.

Lot 3: Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JN – Guide Price £525,000

Lot 54: 1 Milner Street, Chelsea, London, SW3 2QA – Guide Price £1,950,000
