Savills Portugal has advised Tander Inversiones on the leasing of the company’s last available commercial space of its retail high street portfolio in Avenida dos Aliados 107, Porto. The asset was taken by fashion company Zegna, thereby contributing to the further consolidation of luxury retailers on the avenue. The new store will open on 29 September 2023.

Zegna was previously based in Avenida da Boavista for more than 20 years.

Aliados 107 is an iconic residential building constructed in the 1930s and was recently fully renovated. The building’s architectural design and all of its artistic features were fully preserved.
