Lisbon was the city chosen by the German software solutions company
Savills, through its Office department, has just placed HanseCom in the Barbosa du Bocage 113 building, an asset located in the heart of the Portuguese capital, in the Prime CBD area. This lease transaction, which began at the end of 2022, now represents the company’s first office space in Portugal.
Headquartered in Hamburg, the company that develops future-oriented software solutions for local public transport, occupies 322.50 sq. m on the 2nd floor D of the Barbosa du Bocage 113 building.
The privileged location of this completely refurbished building was another determining factor for the completion of this operation along with the excellent accessibility to the transport network, as well as to the main roads of the city such as the A2, A4, North-South Axis and 2nd Circular.
