As of 1 October 2022, Marco Högl will join the Operational Capital Markets (OCM) team as Head of Residential Capital Markets, Savills Germany. The new Savills Germany OCM division was launched in March 2022 and as well as residential investment, also covers the healthcare & senior living and student housing sectors.

The Operational Capital Markets division has a strong international track record, particularly in the UK, with Savills advising on over £20 billion of transactions in the last three years.

For the past eight years, Marco Högl (MRICS) has worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in Frankfurt am Main and London, most recently in the residential investment sector at both a German and European level.
