Savills advises luxury bridalwear designer Rosa Clará on the leasing of stores in Spain and Chicago

Savills is delighted to have advised the luxury Spanish bridalwear brand Rosa Clará on the latest stage of its international store expansion strategy, with the leasing of new locations in Chicago, as well as in Valencia and Cordoba in Spain.

Steps from Chicago’s famed Magnificent Mile, Rosa Clará will open its second bridal boutique in the city this Autumn in a store of circa 2,200sq ft.   Arguably one of the most vibrant, urban neighbourhoods in the United States, the store’s prominent Gold Coast location is the perfect home for Rosa Clará in the windy city.  Neighbouring tenants include the famed American designer Jonathan Adler and the area is filled with luxury, aspirational and experiential retail, such as the 60,000 sq ft Starbucks Reserve.

Jordan Karp, Head of Savills Retail, North America, comments, “It was a pleasure working with Rosa Clará. The location we secured on North Wabash has the right cachet, co tenancies, profile and presence to showcase both the gowns and the brand. Brides from near and far will be welcomed into the most spectacular bridal boutique in the Midwest later this year.”

In Spain, Rosa Clará is expanding its store footprint in Valencia and Cordoba and Savills has advised the brand on the leasing of stores in Calle Xativa and Avenida del Gran Capitan respectively.

Lisa Fitzgerald, High Street Retail Agency, Savills Spain, comments, “Rosa Clará is expanding rapidly across international luxury markets and we are extremely pleased to be supporting this iconic bridalwear brand with its ambitious growth strategy.”

In 2019 Savills also advised Rosa Clará on the leasing of its 3000 sq ft London flagship store in Mayfair, on Woodstock Close.
