Savills Studley Relocates EHE within Rockefeller Center

Savills Studley today announced the successful completion of a transaction that will relocate EHE’s office and medical clinic from 10 Rockefeller Plaza to 600 Fifth Avenue.

Savills Studley today announced the successful completion of a transaction that will relocate EHE’s office and medical clinic from 10 Rockefeller Plaza to 600 Fifth Avenue.

EHE, a nationally recognized leader in preventive medicine, retained Savills Studley to advise on its real estate strategy throughout the United States. In New York, where EHE is located in a 47,000-square-foot floor at Rockefeller Center, the company worked with Savills Studley’s Brad Wolk, Erik Schmall, Peter Cento and Scott Weiss.

“In a solution that is accretive to EHE’s balance sheet and business goals, we successfully completed a transaction that enables EHE to exit its existing lease early and relocate to great space within the Rockefeller Center complex,” said Brad Wolk, Executive Managing Director, Integrated Consulting Strategies, Savills Studley.

Following a thorough analysis of relocation options within Tishman Speyer’s Rockefeller Center portfolio and beyond, the Savills Studley team identified new space totaling 66,000 square feet at 600 Fifth Avenue, located around the corner from 10 Rockefeller Plaza, as the most viable.

“EHE sought to relocate to a space that would show who we are and what we do: specialists focused on prevention as the future of health care,” said David Levy, CEO of EHE. “The Savills Studley team was an ideal partner, working with us to find a location that would communicate our mission of providing of compassionate, innovative care for patients seeking to develop and maintain holistic health.”

EHE’s new space will include a clinic and offices separated by interconnecting stairs, a waiting room facing Rockefeller Center, ample natural light and built-in expansion space for anticipated growth. EHE is projected to move into 600 Fifth in early 2019.

“Tishman Speyer was a great partner in creating a win-win solution for all parties involved. EHE can now dramatically improve its patient and employee experience at minimal cost and disruption, and Tishman Speyer will retain a valued tenant,” said Erik Schmall, Vice Chairman, Savills Studley.

Tishman Speyer was represented in house.
