Two years turned into two weeks

We have acted as sell-side advisor in the sale of another exciting investment property in Copenhagen – this time on Fiolstræde in the city centre.

The property has previously been presented in the market, but after two years without a sale, we were chosen to take over on the sales case. We closed the sale in just two weeks.

With the property’s history of being marketed for two years already, we decided, atypically for a property of this class, to market it on our website with more than 16,000 weekly visits. We were confident about the great potential of the property which is why we chose to market the property online. The objective was to ensure broader exposure - especially to potential real estate investors who are not part of the immediate investor segment in Copenhagen and who were not familiar with the property from the previous 2-year listing.

According to Rasmus Eilertsen, Associate Director, it was i.a. our strong marketing platform that facilitated the successful sales process: - We presented a thoroughly prepared sales proposal, that emphasised the qualities and investment potential of the property.

With a strong track record, extensive expertise and sharp analytical tools, we are among the strongest property advisors in the industry, specialised in forecasting market trends in a highly developed investment market.

The combination of our expert skills enabled us to highlight the development potentials of the property, which was ultimately the decisive factor for the quick and smooth transaction

Rasmus Eilertsen

According to Rasmus Eilertsen, the transaction highlights that even in an active investment market with high demand, traditional online advertising can still be crucial for a successful sale.

Our long-standing experience with this property segment entails that we have a strong foothold in the market, which is why we were able to define the specific considerations concerning the sale very early in the process – and according to Rasmus Eilertsen, this requires an in-depth knowledge of the market as well as the players.
