The property was sold to the Danish listed property company Jeudan. The transaction price amounts is in the double-digit million range.

Everything went smoothly, and all parties involved cooperated to reach a good solution for the common good. The deal was signed on 23rd December, which clearly illustrates the parties' commitment and professionalism.

-The property features a unique combination of absolute prime location, a presence of history and high quality of the property, all of which make it a highly attractive property investment that is only rarely offered in the market, says Anders Bengtsson.

Built in 1740 in neoclassical rococo style with window framing, pediments and cornice, the property has a total leasable area of 1,294 square metres divided between seven residential flats, a retail unit and an office space.

- The fact that the property is sold in a few weeks reflects the high demand for well-located classic city properties, but the supply is still very limited. In the current market, it is wise to act when a good opportunity arises, because the interest in classic city properties in Copenhagen will remain at a high level for many years to come, says Anders Bengtsson.

The property fits perfectly with Jeudan's long-term strategy to further expand their property portfolio in central Copenhagen.

- Jeudan has extensive experience with classic city properties in Copenhagen - they have the expertise, resources and finances to operate and develop a property like this, says Anders Bengtsson.

Throughout the process, we have experienced impressive support from the parties involved on both the buyer and seller side.

- We are grateful for a highly professional cooperation and an efficient dialogue. We look forward to following the property's future, which looks to be exciting, concludes Anders Bengtsson
