Irene Luke Savills Monaco

Irene Luke 

Irene joined Savills in 2011 and became a co-management partner in 2012. She is a lawyer by training, having studied law at Oxford University, and has practiced in London and Monaco, working first as a commercial real estate lawyer and then in the private client field. 

She decided to leave law to join Savills, tempted by the challenge of changing careers and developing Savills in Monaco. Irene brings her legal skills to the world of real estate, playing a consulting role when negotiating sales, purchases and rentals for her clients. Known for dealing with the very wealthy, Irene has credibility and discretion when it comes to high value matters. Irene is married with three daughters, has lived in Monaco since 1990, and finds a combination of living in Monaco and frequent trips to London to be perfect.

Jean-Claude Caputo Savills Monaco

Jean-Claude Caputo

Jean-Claude Caputo graduated in 1992 from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) in Paris, international business cursus, with a year spent in New York and Tokyo.

Jean-Claude has been working in the luxury residential real estate market between Monaco and the French Riviera for the last 25 years, growing his own business with Savills since 2001.

Throughout his career, Jean-Claude has successfully completed significant transactions including some of the most prestigious homes across the prime locations of Monaco, the French Riviera and Courchevel. For over 10 years Jean-Claude has held a licence to act as a broker in Monaco, first independently and then as a representative of Savills.

Since 2012 Jean-Claude has acted as Principal Partner of Savills French Riviera/Alps as well as Managing Director and Partner of Savills Monaco. His experience, knowledge and specialist skills in the industry is rare with unrivalled acquaintances.

In addition to strong family roots on the Côte d’Azur, multiple languages and experience working within numerous cultural environments, Jean-Claude is passionate about the locations he covers, the sector and the opportunity to share his enthusiasm and knowledge for this outstanding part of the world. 

Nathalie Gamoury

Nathalie Gamory

Nathalie joined Savills in 2011 and has many years of experience in selling and renting all types of Monaco property. Her knowledge of the Monaco marketplace is second to none.

Nathalie is French and was educated in Lyon. She first started her career as a teacher and then left the French education system to become a PA for a millionaire based in Monaco. Nathalie speaks fluent English and has a good working knowledge of German and Italian, so is well equipped to deal with international clients of all types. Outside of work, Nathalie enjoys long walks in the country with her husband and her dog where she loves to relax.

Candice

Candice Schwirkert

In 2015 Candice began her career with Savills London as part of the London Residential Development team.

Initially, Candice started with the onsite sales team working closely with major London based developers. In 2018, she then joined the London head office new homes sales team dealing with over 15 residential developments across London with a particular focus on North London. In January 2020 she decided, after working 5 years with Savills London, to come back ‘home’ where she was born and mostly raised, Monaco, in order to join the Savills Monaco sales team. Candice has studied and lived in the USA, Paris, London and is fluent in both French and English. 

 

Fraser Richardson Savills Monaco

Fraser Richardson - Broker & Marketing 

Fraser joined Savills Monaco as a Digital Marketing Manager and client introducer in 2020 and has since played a key role in developing a local and international brand presence for the Monaco office. Fraser is also working to find properties in Monaco and on the Côte d'Azur for his international network of clients. 

For those wishing to relocate to Monaco or the South of France, Fraser feels his experience of living as an expat is vital to share with his clients so that they can gain the maximum from their new life abroad. It is his view that a Monaco real estate agent’s job is more than just finding the property, it’s about learning what sort of lifestyle the client wants, then finding the area and finally the property that will suit that lifestyle in the best way. 

Fraser incorporates his decade of marketing communication experience into his job as a Monaco property broker. Whenever a new property is brought to Savills to market, Fraser will create a dedicated marketing communications plan to maximise the exposure of the property and give it the best chance of selling in the time frame set and for the desired amount. The tools Fraser uses in order to generate this exposure include; organic social media on the Savills platforms and also on his own property and lifestyle-focused Instagram: @fraser.property, direct email campaigns, Google advertising, Social media advertising and global research publications. Fraser thinks his marketing experience is key in finding the right audience for the property being sold or rented.

Jennifer Lecoeur

Jennifer Lecoeur

Born and raised on the French Riviera, Jennifer has more than 15 years experience working in the luxury travel & marketing industry.

Jennifer has worked in both London and in the south of France. Previous roles include Director of Sales at the world-famous Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, following this Jennifer went on to create a high-end boutique travel agency in Monaco, before joining the Monaco Savills team. Her mission today is to do Marketing and Brokerage for Savills Monaco with an approach that saves time and minimizes stress for the team and clients. Jennifer is passionate about travel, and luxury properties and has established strong relationships with clients and partners around the world.
