Fontvieille focus

Monaco property in Fontvieille is very much in our thoughts here at present as the last couple of serviced apartments in the Columbus Residence are in the process of being rented out. Only the Condamine beat Fontvieille, registering an increase of 39.4% in the number of transactions last year.

In terms of price per m², Monaco property in Fontvieille saw an increase of 14.2% last year in comparison with 2018, and an impressive increase of 107.4% over the last 10 years.

The average price per m² in Fontvieille last year was around €52,000 - it is one of only three districts here with an average price per m² over €50,000.
