Savills counts on its young ambassadors

As our objective is always to best serve the interests of our clients around the world, but also to keep our employees on our side, Savills has created the Young Savills 

Our employees are our ambassadors, it is they who transmit our values and our perfectionism. This is why Savills works hard to promote the well-being and evolution of each individual’s career.

In this way, Savills has come up with the “Young Savills Professionals” programme with the aim of allowing the younger employees from different countries to meet up to share their knowledge  and experiences as well as to create links between them. The Young Savills Professionals programme has been launched in Europe and will soon expand further afield. Each year our “Young” come together for 2 days in a different country. They take part in different workshops, where they study and analyse global issues. The principal is to foster this network of young employees, to bring about interactions between the different countries, and to give them the opportunity to develop and re-enforce collaboration. From experiences like this, they know they can count on Savills representatives beyond their own borders. Not only are they aware of the power a group like this can have, but also how they can contribute to the growth of Savills as a brand.

This year, it was Warsaw Savills that welcomed our young ambassadors. They came from France, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, UK, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic and UAE.

Savills is making every effort to develop this large network, which, thanks to everyone, will enhance transnational sales in order to support our clients and keep them on our side.
