Whether it's the studio of an amateur painter or of a fully-fledged academician, a creative space removed from the central hub of the home can be a real draw for buyers with artistic flair.

There are a few rules in setting up a studio, such as keeping work and living areas separate (sleeping in a room filled with solvent fumes is never a good idea) and installing full spectrum lighting if there’s no natural light.
