Key Highlights:

-GCCs remain a significant source of office demand, leasing 112 mn sq. ft. between 2020 and 2024, with a CAGR of 12%.  

-Nearly 70% of this leasing activity during 2020-2024 was concentrated in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune. 

-Cumulative GCC leasing between 2025 and 2030 is expected to reach 120 to 246 mn sq. ft., subject to global macroeconomic conditions.

-Automotive, Semiconductors and Life Sciences GCCs are projected to drive nearly 30% of GCC leasing demand during 2025-2030.
