Key highlights:

- The sector witnessed strong absorption of 16.0 mn sq. ft. in Q1 2025, representing 18.5% Y-o-Y growth.  

- On the supply front, the sector delivered 15.9 mn sq. ft. in Q1 2025, with 23.3% Y-o-Y growth.

- Sustained demand from the 3PL segment and increased manufacturing activities are driving the bulk of the demand, followed by the retail, FMCG, and FMCD segments. 

- In terms of absorption, Delhi-NCR led with 3.4 mn sq. ft. On the supply front, Mumbai emerged as the top contributor with 3.1 mn sq. ft. 

- Grade-A supply increased from 45% of the total in Q1 2024 to 60% in Q1 2025.
