Sergio Berenguer

Sérgio began his career as a financial auditor and after 5 years he became the financial director of a construction company. After doing this for another 5 years, he moved into the asset and property management business in 2005. Since then, he has been responsible for managing a considerably large portfolio, including some of the most prominent office buildings in Lisbon and Oporto. He prides himself on the services that his team provides to their clients, which is based on proximity with the owners, tenants and users of the buildings they manage and being permanently focused on improving procedures, efficiency and proactive performance.

Outside of work, Sérgio is kept very busy with his two children, sports activities and his TV “hobby”, that has boosted his networking skills, giving him a better perspective on Lisbon’s property market.
