Savills places multinational Li.me in the Fábrica 3 A’s business and logistics center in Maia

Savills' Industrial & Logistics Department was responsible for placing the multinational company Li.me in its new premises in the Fábrica 3 A’s business center in Leça do Balio. Savills acted on behalf of Lionesa, the owner of the asset.

This business center was born in the former AAA oil factory, and today the three As that make up the brand represent a connection between the surrounding and social environment, art as a source of inspiration, and an anchor for any business. Located in Maia, it has excellent road access, close to the junction with the new section of the A4 (Matosinhos/Ermesinde), providing quick access to the main roads: VCI/Circunvalação, A3, A4, A41, and A28.
As a leading global provider of shared electric vehicles, Li.me's mission is to build a future where transportation is shared, accessible, and carbon-free. The company offers convenient and reliable electric bicycle and scooter rentals and is present in around 30 countries on five continents.
Tomás Fonseca, Industrial & Logistics Consultant at Savills, says: "Fábrica 3A's is a center that combines an excellent location, excellent infrastructure, a unique history, and a wide range of added services. We believe, from the outset, that it is the ideal location for Li.me to continue its significant growth in Portugal. The support and total availability provided by Lionesa, in line with Li.me's guidelines, were decisive factors in the rapid success of this operation."
