Until now responsible for the Industrial & Logistics Department, Pedro Figueiras takes on this new challenge with the aim of consolidating Savills’ presence in this segment, promoting the sustainable growth of the team and delivering solutions that meet the increasing demands of both national and international investors.

Pedro Figueiras has been part of Savills Portugal since 2020, having successfully led the Industrial & Logistics area, where he was responsible for defining, planning, and implementing marketing strategies for some of the most iconic logistics projects in the national market. This allowed the team to participate in some of the most relevant logistics transactions, both for existing assets and development projects.

With a professional background of around 18 years in the real estate and FMCG sectors, he has extensive experience in business expansion, negotiations with major retailers, as well as broad experience in negotiations with various real estate developers and leading construction companies in Portugal. He holds a degree in Business Management and an MBA from The Lisbon MBA (Católica | Nova).
