Savills Strengthens BPC & Architecture Team with Five New Hires

Savills has bolstered its Building and Project Consultancy & Architecture department with the addition of five new professionals: Andreia Shirley, Filipa Moreira, Catarina Duarte, Cátia Francisco, and Pedro Almeida.

Filipa Moreira and Andreia Shirley join Savills in Construction Management. Filipa Moreira brings over a decade of experience in architecture and construction, having collaborated with several renowned companies. She holds an Integrated Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon. Andreia Shirley holds a degree in Architecture from the Lusíada University of Lisbon and a degree in Aeronautics from the Atlântica University. With more than ten years of experience, she was previously part of the Aguirre Newman team as an architect and construction coordinator.

To strengthen the Change Management and Workplace Strategy area, Catarina Duarte has also joined Savills. She holds an Integrated Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture and Arts of the Lusíada University of Lisbon and brings expertise in Workplace and Client Management best practices.

Cátia Francisco, with a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon, joins the Project Team. She has extensive professional experience in the development of architectural licensing projects, preparation of technical drawings, management of licensing processes, and interior design.

Pedro Almeida strengthens the Budgeting Team. He has highly specialized training as a Quantity Surveyor and more than two decades of professional experience in major companies in the sector, where he was also responsible for overseeing construction works.
