The Savills Porto Office Department has leased the entire Santa Catarina 1232 Building in Porto. The latest placement was PHC, with the new space for this multinational dedicated to the development of management software covering an area of 1020 sq m. Previously, Savills was responsible for placing Fintru in a 2819 sq m area and ISS, which occupies about 1039 sq m.
Santa Catarina 1232 is the result of the conversion of an old garage into a modern and multifunctional open space. The implemented intervention aimed to update the building’s comfort and aesthetics to meet current requirements and trends while respecting its industrial heritage. Due to its versatility and generous size, the building is suitable for a wide range of solutions, including offices, studios, or showrooms.
Inside the building, there is a large parking area with 65 spaces on the ground floor, while the first, second, and third floors consist of lounge areas and workspaces. Meeting rooms and leisure areas, both indoors and outdoors, are located on the upper floor, connecting to terraces of approximately 880 sq m.
The building is located in the heart of Porto, on the non-pedestrianized section of Santa Catarina Street, one of the city’s busiest commercial axes. Its location benefits from excellent access, public transport, and proximity to shopping, dining, and service areas.
