The company, whose app allows users to manage parking from anywhere, aimed to enhance the functional layout, acoustic conditions, and overall well-being of the office environment. This was achieved through the inclusion of biophilic elements, such as natural plants and wooden finishes.
Incorporating Telpark’s corporate image and identity into the workspace was another key aspect of the project, ensuring that the company’s values were reflected and reinforced in the working environment. The aim was to elevate the company’s ethos and strengthen its connection with its employees.
Carlos Jambrina Martín, Head of HR Transformation at Telpark, stated: “One of Telpark’s core values is ‘stronger together’, and we wanted to reflect this principle in our new office space. We now have a meeting place where different areas of the company can come together, and every corner invites teamwork in an inspiring environment. We are very proud of the work Savills has done, which perfectly materialised our vision.”
Mariana Lucena, Senior Architect at Savills, added: “The Savills BPC & Architecture team approached this project with the utmost professionalism from the very beginning. The tight deadline for the project and the works was a significant challenge, but it was successfully met. The outcome has exceeded the client's expectations, and they will now be able to make the most of their workspace.”
