Bedrock Capital Partners, the company responsible for managing the asset located in Alverca, contracted Savills to commercialize the two fractions now comprising the operations center of Klog Logistics Solutions
Savills Portugal’s Industrial & Logistics team was responsible for placing Klog Logistics Solutions in two fractions of the Norcentro building, owned by Ecologis, a joint venture owned by Bedrock Capital Partners and Europi Property Group. The beginning of the operation took place shortly after the acquisition of the asset by Ecologis in a very rapid project.
Klog Logistics Solutions, a Portuguese company dedicated to logistics and freight transport solutions, was looking for new facilities and chose Savills to identify a new logistics space for its operations. The fractions to be occupied by the company sum up an area of about 4,000 m².
This logistics asset in question is part of the Norcentro building, a business park designed to meet the needs of companies, in order to provide them with spaces and environments intended to logistics, trade and services. This is a consolidated zone of logistics, from the easy access to the main roads and routes of the country, namely the A1, also connecting to A10 and A9.
