With the theme "Fitness is boring, we deserve better" and a totally innovative concept, this premium studio promises to shake the ground floor of the building, through immersive cycling classes, where the music and choreographies are always different and appealing.
"We are very excited to bring a new kind of wellness experience to this iconic building and serve our community in a very central and dynamic location of Lisbon. This will be our largest and most astonishing studio, celebrating a healthy lifestyle experience around our signature group cycling classes and a brand-new kitchen concept around organic products. This strategic location makes it the perfect home for our second studio to consolidate Studiorise's expansion in Portugal”, tells Studiorise Co-Founder, Alexis Péribère.
The 433 m2 space will also include a "Neo-Cafeteria", where you will find a selection of dishes, juices, smoothies and snacks made with 100% organic and local ingredients. The opening to the public is expected in the second half of this year, being this already the second space of the brand in the Portuguese capital.
Sofia Carvalho Costa, Retail Consultant Savills Portugal, explains: “Savills is proud to have advised Studiorise's placement operation in MB4. A premium gym that joins prestigious companies such as Mastercard, JTI, Modum and Savills itself and adds value to an office building that was totally rehabilitated thinking about sustainability, quality and well-being of all employees of the companies that occupy it."
Andrew Lambert, Asset Manager Avignon Capital commented “We are delighted the letting to Studiorise has now been agreed. Our strategy has always been to ensure ESG remains integral throughout MB4, by providing access to a wide range of health and wellbeing amenities. The addition of Studiorise will further strengthen this offering to our tenants and also the local community”
