Tuvalu Media signs new lease agreement in Houthavens in Amsterdam

Tuvalu Media has signed a new, long-term lease agreement for office space in the Houthavens in Amsterdam. The lease agreement involves approximately 1,200 sq m of office space at Moermanskkade 115.

Tuvalu Media creates and produces original and intriguing concepts for all the public and commercial television networks in the Netherlands and collaborates with international broadcasters.

Mediahaven is a cultural complex where various media-related companies are housed, which perfectly matches Tuvalu Media's activities. The Houthavens area is known as an area with room for creativity, culture and events.

Ellen Waals, Head of Agency at Savills in the Netherlands, says: "The Houthavens served as a wood handling and storage place, and is transformed into a creative hub with a modern, industrial look and feel. This positive development has not gone unnoticed, which is reflected in the number of requests for office space in Amsterdam Houthavens. This is also true for Tuvalu Media who was already housed in this building and has decided to conclude a long-term extension agreement."

Savills advised Tuvalu Media B.V. on the renegotiation. Mediahaven Vastgoed B.V. was assisted by VDH Vastgoedmanagement B.V.
