Savills sponsors the 4th edition of the Portugal Real Estate Summit 2019, on 26th and 27th of September, in Hotel Palácio Estoril. The real estate consultant will be represented in two distinct panels, which will count with the presence of Paulo Silva, Head of Country – Portugal and Paula Sequeira, Consultancy director.
On the first day of the event, with the objective to identify and discuss trends and alternatives to the level of investments in real estate at a national level. Paulo Silva, at 15:15, will be present in the panel which discusses the theme “Real Estate Overview by leading consultants”, presenting the current perspective of the national real estate market.
On the second day of the event (27th of September), Paula Sequeira will be present in the panel with the theme “Changing game: Residential and the new mainstream living concepts”, held at 9:30, at the Bridge Room of the Hotel Palácio Estoril. The responsible will be introducing the theme, to be debated in the referred panel.
This national event, organised by Iberian Property, pretends to help to identify the best investment opportunities in the Portuguese market, which will focus on the newly implemented regime of REITs.

The first day of the Portugal Real Estate Summit 2019, beyond integrating a panel exclusively dedicated to the REITs opportunities in Portugal, it will kick off with a National Economy vision, presented by Cristina Casalinho, President of the IGCP – Instituto de Gestão do Crédito Público. Main real estate consultants in Portugal will be in charge of this real estate scenario, being that, on the first and second day of the event, focus will be at the investment opportunities in the national market.
