Ignacio Olivas Dols, who has been a part of Savills Aguirre Newman for over seven years, most recently in the high street retail team, will be responsible for leading the new office with the aim of providing a service that is closer to the growing network of clients and boosting the volume of operations in the area.

The office in Valencia will offer a range of services on both the transactional and non-transactional side including advisory on retail, hotels, residential, and alternative assets as well as valuations, architecture and consultancy, respectively.

Savills Aguirre Newman recently advised Colony Capital on the sale of Hotel Melia Valendia as well as the sale of 17,000 sq m of land in Playa San Juan and a current mandate to sell the Galileo Galilei student residence.

The new office in Valencia sits alongside three other Savills Aguirre Newman offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga.
