Philippine-based ISOC Group has acquired phase one of Wrocław Business Garden consisting of three office building last May 2019. The buildings offer a total of approximately 38,700 sq m of office space that has been fully let. Savills will deliver property and asset management services.

“The buildings of Wrocław Business Garden under our management provide workplaces for almost 4,000 people. We want to be an active manager of this community by organising a variety of events to guarantee a more enjoyable experience at the facility. We are proud that this complex has been added to our property management portfolio. We are consistently strengthening our market position.
