Savills Sweden continues expansion with new agency heads

Jessica Graesberg and Magnus Landvik will join in August

International real estate advisor Savills has today, 24 April, announced the appointment of Jessica Graesberg as Head of Agency and Magnus Landvik as Director of Leasing for Sweden. This expansion follows the recruitment of Niklas Samuelsson as CEO of Savills Sweden, Anders Nordvall as Deputy CEO, Niklas Zuckerman as Head of Investment and Carolina Herling and Mikael Fasten as directors in the investment team over the last six months. Jessica and Magnus will both join in August.

Jessica Graesberg has been hired from Cushman & Wakefield, where she recently held the position of Leasing Manager. Having joined the company in 2017, she has 12 years’ experience in the real estate sector. Magnus Landvik also joins from his previous role as Leasing Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. He has an excellent reputation within the industry, having also worked for many years at Vasakronan, Sweden’s largest property company. Jessica and Magnus will be working closely with the existing members of Savills Sweden’s leasing team across office and industrial agency as well as tenant rep.
