Mitsubishi Estate Company and ARC Real Estate Partners have appointed Savills to manage two distribution centres, located in logistics hotspots Oss and Tilburg in the Netherlands.

Oss

The property located on business park 'De Geer' in Oss has a total lettable floor area of 51,180 sq m, including 316 sq m ADR and 1,522 sq m office space. The tenant is XPO Logistics, a top ten global provider of transportation and logistics services. Savills provides technical and financial management support.

Multi-tenant distribution centre

The second building that Savills manages for ARC Real Estate Partners is located in the Vossenberg business park in Tilburg. The building complex compromises approximately 15,375 sq m warehouse space, 4,080 sq m office space and 1,600 sq m showroom area. The distribution centre is let to Saint Gobain, Enexis and Nokia.

With this assignment, we are expanding our logistics property management portfolio in the Netherlands and reinforcing our position in this sector.”
