João’s main focus is the coordination of construction teams and costs management on turnkey projects. He also supports the department’s budgeting team and provides technical support to the project team on issues related to his area of training.

João started his career in Planigere – Engenharia e Construções as a cunstruction inspector, following several types of building interventions in the areas of urban rehabilitation and new construction in the city of Lisbon, in projects aimed at housing, hotels and offices.

He joins the Architecture department of Aguirre Newman in 2016 to work as a construction manager and provide technical support to the department.

In 2017 Aguirre Newman is acquired by SAVILLS, where he continues to develop the same role.
