London boasts the highest graduate retention rate, at 59%, with a total of 158,000 graduates entering its employment market annually. Manchester and Birmingham have retention rates of 49% and 41%, with 31,000 and 25,000 new graduates respectively entering these markets each year. Glasgow (31%) and Edinburgh (28%) also both perform well.
