Michael is a member of the architecture and building consultancy team in Oxford and joined Savills in 2004.
Michael has been with Savills since 2004 and is experienced in contract administration & design, specialising in refurbishment and conversion work. He has also undertaken the role of principal designer on many occasions under the CDM Regulations. In April 2016 one of Michael’s projects finished second in two categories at the LABC Central Region Building Excellence Awards.
Michael became an Associate in 2007 and associate director in 2012. Much of Michael’s work deals with refurbishing rental properties for the Oxford Colleges which not only adds value to their housing stock, but also increases rental returns for the various clients.
