Telpark Office Renovation by Savills: Functionality, Well-being, and Corporate Identity in One Space
Savills Portugal, through its BPC & Architecture team, was responsible for the renovation of Telpark’s offices.
With a user-centered approach, the project focused on improving the functional organization of the space, enhancing acoustic comfort, and promoting well-being in the workplace. The incorporation of biophilic design solutions — such as natural plants and wooden finishes — helped create a healthier, more welcoming, and productive environment.
Beyond functionality, the project aimed to clearly reflect Telpark’s visual identity, reinforcing its values and culture through a cohesive and contemporary design. Personalizing the workspace was key to boosting team engagement and enhancing the daily experience of those who work there.
