Malveira Prime Logistics is a Savills project born from the ambition to create one of the most advanced and comprehensive industrial and logistics platforms in the Lisbon region. 

Designed to meet the growing demands of the logistics sector, the development envisions two industrial warehouses, complemented by support buildings that enhance the main programme — resulting in a functional, cohesive complex built on a site of considerable topographical complexity. 

Its privileged location and high visibility inspired a refined and harmonious architectural approach, seeking to integrate the project into the surrounding landscape while minimising the visual impact typically associated with this type of infrastructure. 

Malveira Prime Logistics has been designed in line with the highest ESG standards, incorporating solutions focused on sustainability, energy efficiency, and social responsibility.
