Savills, through its Office department, has placed Stago, the world’s leading in-vitro diagnostics company in the field of haemostasis, in Parque Suécia III, an asset that is part of one of the most complete business parks in the municipality of Oeiras. Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) acted on behalf of the owner of Parque Suécia, Imopolis.

Previously located in Alfragide, the French multinational saw this asset as the ideal place to continue its operations in Portugal, a process advised by Savills.

Stago will occupy one floor of this building, which is surrounded by an excellent access network, namely the proximity to the A5 motorway exit, and just 5 minutes from Lisbon. Parque Suécia is also characterised by the fact that its various assets include leading companies in areas such as health, information technology, among others.
