Project Description

To support Iberdrola's current growth in Portugal, the new office of this energy sector leader emerged, and Savills was delighted to be part of the project.

It is located on the third floor of the Meridiano Building in Parque das Nações and has a total area of about 850 sqm that were totally designed and executed by the architecture department of Savills Portugal.

The aim was to develop a project with the corporate image and in harmony with all the standards of the brand image in order to reflect its commitment to the environment, the energetic transition and the worldwide development goals that they support. From these premises, results a fluid and illuminated space that enhances teamwork and their well-being.

Savills ended up winning the construction work, which started in the middle of the confinement phase, respecting all the norms and procedures required by the health authorities, in order to ensure the new space finished on the date agreed with the client.
