Project Description

This project fit out focused on a three office floors at the E tower of the Torres de Lisboa complex, divided in two phases. It was a turnkey process that involved design and construction by Savills.

The main purpose of the intervention was to transform the floors to install the client's functional programme, which was essentially based on the combination of open space with some meeting rooms, pantry and a training room. In addition, the space also includes a new reception area.

We have opted for materiality that evoke nature, in tons of green and natural woods, giving the space a more neutral atmosphere and incorporating patterns and principles of biophilic design. A unique art feature was included on the pantry wall.

The introduction of these elements increases the feeling of comfort and the quality of the space environment.
